Love my bike!

Super fast shipping despite this pandemic. The directions for assembly are a little confusing but it was a fairly fast process. Smooth ride and gorgeous mint green.

Outstanding Quality and Service!!!

Purchased the Bella 3 speed for my wife's birthday after doing extensive research and with all of the positive reviews, I chose XDS Bikes for her bike. I was very concerned about getting the bike on her birthday and I was completely overwhelmed with the level of service the sales team provided! Although they couldn't promise an exact delivery, these folks went way above my expectations and the bike actually arrived earlier than expected. It took maybe 15 minutes to assemble the bike after watching their Youtube video and the bike is amazing!
The precision of the components and the well designed packaging made for a wonderful experience and I absolutely highly recommend these bikes and XDS! They are a great team with a great product!
My wife was completely surprised and deligted about her new bike as can be seen in the video link attached!
Thank you all for such a great experience and a memory of a lifetime!

Quick delivery

I just wanted to thank you for shipping the Bella bike so quickly. After waiting a couple of months for a bike that we found out was not coming we ordered this bike, we named Miss Bella, for our special needs daughter. When it came on Monday she was so tickled as we were. We are looking forward to making memories with her on the bike trails. Thank you again.

NICE!

Just assembled for my wife who by the way loves the color, he new bike. Love the handle bars, the seat, all of it. It assembled easily, took about an hour. The quality top to bottom seems to be top notch!
